Last week, Sony accidentally released its Xperia E5 on Facebook, which is not supposed to be developed. And the reason is that earlier this month, rumor said that Sony is going to concentrate on its Xperia X line for the coming two years. If so, they are meant to give up the non-flagship lines, including the Xperia E. And yet, we can see information about F3311--Xperia E5 everywhere on the internet.
In the post, Sony Mobile wrote, "Eager, effortless, and easy on the eye - it's everything a smartphone should be. Say hello to your savvy new sidekick, Xperia E5." Let's have a look at the appearance and the specifications. See if it is what they said.

Part 2. Review on Xperia E5
Though Sony said it's everything a smartphone should be, the phone aims at the low- and mid-end market with the 1.5 GB RAM and the MT6735 chipset. But, when compared with Moto G4 Play, a product released in May, the phone is better in some way for its MT6735 and 13 MP camera. As for the sizes, Xperia E5 apparently fit better with ladies and also those who desire to use a relatively small phone. (The screen of this Sony phone is 4.6 inches, while that of Moto G4 Play is 5.0 inches) And, the former is just better-looking.
As an entry level device, F3311 is suitable for young man who can not afford high-end equipments and also those who don't care so much about specifications. Frankly speaking, the design is ok. But, when we see the specifications in Part 1, there is no information about fingerprint scanner and quick charge. It might not be the choice of "picky" customers, who attach great importance to user experience.
Part 3. Expectation of Sony Fans
As a non-flag model, Xperia E5 has not powerful chipset or GPU. Some might even complain about the glass protection and the small screen—for people who are used to large phones, this can be unacceptable.
Besides the specifications, a low price is what most fans would expect. Since it is not launched yet, we can just wait and see if it can reach 150 USD or lower. By the way, the rumored release day is in June, 2016.
